What is your delivery policy?

An estimated delivery date will be sent in the shipping confirmation email after your order is placed. These dates will vary due to the following: time of the season, weather, carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.

We deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders are subject to materials availability.

Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday. Orders submitted after 12pm (PT), Monday – Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm (PT), Friday – Sunday and select next day shipping or two days shipping will be processed Monday morning.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?

A shipment confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number, please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder.  You can also log into your account @ Elassentialoils.com and select the sales order you want to track.  If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be available.  Please contact customer service @ [email protected] or complete this contact form contact form .

How long will it take for shipping?

Your merchandise will be processed within 24 hours from the date of your order via standard shipping. Most items will ship via UPS or USPS and will arrive in 3-5 business days.  For orders outside the United States, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

*Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Note: Shipping times will vary during high volume sales period (i.e. holidays, sales promotions, anniversary sale, etc.). Additional note for International Orders: International order shipments may be delayed due to customs regulations.

How will I know Elassential Oil Blends, Inc received my order?

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been placed and processed. The confirmation email will contain your order number, your shipping address, the tracking number and details of your order. Please review the confirmation email sent to you as soon as possible and remember to check your spam folder.

Order Confirmation:  This e-mail confirms receipt of your order along with details of your order including the order number.  Keep this e-mail for your records.

Shipment Confirmation.  This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped.  It also provides you with the order number, tracking number and details of your order.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed as soon as possible and within 24 hours from the time you place your order.  No changes can be made once the order has been placed.
