Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders placed are not able to be changed or canceled online. Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will try to do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please call or text 562-741-7437, Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm (PST) or by submitting a request here.  The time frame for changes and cancellations are very short due to the automated processes that fills the orders within 24 hours.

What do I do if I received an incorrect product?

Please contact us here if you received an incorrect product. Please state your order number and let us know what happened. We’ll help connect you with the right products, so you can continue to experience the benefits of Elassential Oil Blend products and accessories.

What if I want a replacement?

Requests for replacement must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery or sooner.  You may request one by contacting customer service by submitting a contact form here.  For faster service with replacement requests, please include a picture or video of the issue/s with the item/s.  Request for replacement are reviewed within 24 hours of submitting a complete request (please complete form and send a picture or video). An email confirmation will be sent with the status of your replacement request.  Approved requests will be replaced, and another email confirmation will be sent providing you with shipping information about your replaced item/s.

What is your exchange and return policy?

Elassential Oil Blends does not exchange item/s and/or product/s for safety reasons.  Item/s and/or product/s may ONLY be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery if they are unopened and in its original packaging for store credit only.  The store credit you receive will be for the value paid less any discounts, promotions, affiliate’s program, BOGO offer (buy one get one) at the time of purchase.  You may contact customer service by submitting a contact form here if you wish to exchange item/s and/or product/s.  For faster service, please include a picture or video of the issue/s with the item/s.  Request for exchange and/or replacement are reviewed within 24 hours of submitting a complete request (please complete form and send a picture or video). An email confirmation will be sent with the status of your exchange/replacement request.  Approved requests will receive an email confirmation with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping label.  Return postage will be paid by the customer sending the item/s and/or product/s to be replaced.  You will be notified via email upon receipt of your returned merchandise and an email confirmation will be sent providing you with shipping information about your exchanged/replaced item/s and/or product/s.

What is your return policy for merchandise?

If you are not satisfied with the item/s and/or product/s you ordered, you may ONLY make your returns within 14 days of receipt of delivery if they are unopened and in its original packaging for store credit only. Any item/s and/or product/s purchased through a *promotion (discounts, BOGO, rewards points, promotions, affiliate’s program, etc.) will receive store credit at the purchased price less any adjustments (discounts, BOGO, rewards points, promotions, affiliate’s program, etc.)

Please contact us here immediately if you received a damaged and/or defective item/s and or product/s.  Please take a picture and/or video of the item/s and/or product/s that are damaged and/or defective for faster service.  Please state your order number and let us know what happened.
